Completely free face reduces puffiness without anything but stones

Whether your face looks a little puffy due to lack of sleep, overeating salt, or seasonal allergies that do not go away (guilty!), It can be very difficult to soothe the swelling. Booking an appointment with a cosmetic specialist is a way to deal with the swelling of the skin under the eyes that concealer can not cover, but you do not have to spend a lot of money to be reduced. All you need to do is reach into the freezer and put yourself a cold stone.

It’s hard to believe something as simple as a stone can melt all your puffiness, but it works in seconds. “Using a cold stone will dilate the blood vessels underneath the skin. Dendy Engelman, a dermatologist in New York, said it’s an instant puffiness-resing effect. “Rubbing or massage movements will gently distribute the accumulation of lymph, which can also reduce puffiness.”

You don’t need to be a beauty expert to master this technique. Just take the stone in your hand and gently rub or massage it on the skin. There’s really no wrong way to do it. If it’s too cold for your finger or face, Dr. Engelman recommends using gauze or cloth to cover the stone — something famous makeup artist Lisa Eldridge claims. She puts ice in a tea towel and holds it on her skin to relieve puffiness and at the same time exalt her contours.

Eldridge recommends freezing soaked water if you want to have some additional skin beauty effects during indoor ice break. She says that green tea is especially good for puffy eyes, lemon helps to blur dark spots and brighten the skin, rose water soothes and hunts the skin, and cucumbers heal and hydrate. No matter what you decide to use, it’s never been easier to beat puffiness.
